The AAS as a condition for proceeding before the Court

The complaint to the AAS constitutes a precondition for bringing an action before the Judicial Authority, in the same way as other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms in the insurance field, such as

civil mediation for disputes concerning insurance contracts and compensation for damage arising from medical liability;
assisted negotiation for compensation for damages resulting from the use of motor vehicles.
