Consumer Contact Center

IVASS Contact Center provides information, guidance and assistance to consumers on insurance matters, informing them of their rights, applicable insurance regulations and the regular pursuit of insurance business by undertakings and intermediaries. It also provides information on the operation of the AAS, how to file a complaint and the use of the Portal, as well as on the status of a complaint already filed.
