Annual Report

The Annual Report on the activities of the Insurance Ombudsman (AAS), published on the website of IVASS and of the AAS:

  • covers the work carried out by the Panel and the performance of the whole alternative dispute resolution system;
  • provides statistical information on the complaints submitted, their outcomes and the intermediaries concerned;
  • also contains a review of the most significant legal principles and guidelines emerging from the decisions.
