FIN-NET

FIN-NET is a network of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes in the banking, financial and insurance services sector of the Member States

An undertaking and/or intermediary of the European Economic Area (EEA) that carries on business in Italy is not required to adhere to the AAS only if it already adheres to another ADR scheme that is part of FIN-NET. In this case, in the event of disputes with the undertaking or the intermediary, the complaint must be filed with the competent FIN-NET member ADR scheme.
